By reading the content of our website OmoEsho, you are agreeing to comply and bound by the terms and conditions as stated herein. Please note site policy and regulations may change without prior notice. Policy changes may include but not limited to the following. Price changes, Shipping information, returns and exchange policy, and any other policy as we see fit. It is customer’s responsibility to check this page to review any updates to our policies.
Payment
We accept payment through PayPal, Email and telephone transfer through major banks in Canada (Canada Only) and all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your account will be charged.
Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped weekly Monday-Friday. Orders placed on a weekend or on Canadian Statutory Holidays will be processed on the next business day. All orders are processed and shipped out within 5-10 business days of payment confirmation except for items on backorder.

International Shipping
US – $16.99 CAD
Rest of the World – $25.99 CAD for items weigh up to 2 pounds
* For international items weighing more than 2 pounds, shipping will be calculated before checkout.
All International orders are shipped via Canada Post International Package. Shipping information will be sent to customers once order has been processed and shipped. Please allow up to 2-5 weeks for delivery from shipping date.
Please note, custom duties, taxes and fees are not calculated and not included in your order. It is customers responsibility to check with local postal or shipping company for information and concerns on custom duties, and taxes.
Order Processing and Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days.

Order Tracking
Customers are able to track their orders based on tracking number provided by the tracking company. Customer order will be updated with the provided tracking number upon confirmation.
Shipping Rates
The shipping rate charged is based on the weight of your products and your location. Please confirm shipping charges, and details before final checkout to ensure if you would like to proceed or decline the order.
Back Orders
Back order item will be communicated to customer before final checkout. If customer proceeds with backorder items, we will ship all available products first, while backorder item will be shipped when available. Customer will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the backorder shipment.
Exchange/Return/Refund Policy
If for some reason you are not pleased with your order, we will be glad to provide a refund or exchange. Refunds and exchanges are accepted when initiated within14 days of your order delivery. Item on Sale will be refunded with a store credit only. For a successful refund and/or exchange the following must be met;
- Exchanges are initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- All items are unworn, unwashed, and not altered in any way.
- All items returned in its original packaging with original tags
- Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling charges – Customer to provide tracking number ensure return items are tracked , and to help customer investigate undeliverable item by the shipping company.
- Customer will receive a confirmation email once your package has been received, processed for refund or denied by us.
- Undelivered Item by the shipping company will be investigated, please contact us immediately, and provide us with the return item tracking information.
- Items lost by shipping company will not be refunded, however we may provide a store credit after satisfactory investigation with the shipping company.

Refund
Upon successful returns of merchandize,
- We will issue store credit for returns initiated after 14 days.
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for Credit card payment to reflect back into your account
- Please allow 3-5 business days for PayPal payments, to reflect back into your account.
