Okay now, in my quest for colour….I made a simple Mccall’s 6074 A-line dress. This fabric has been in my stash for over a year or so, it’s a cotton eyelet with a bit of stretch I got from fabricland.
(1) I didn’t gather the front
(2)Lengthened view A by 4″
(3) Made an interfaced neck facing .
(4)French seamed the entire dress………
Were the instructions easy to follow: I didn’t use the instruction at all just did my thing
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? Nothing to dislike less than 3 hours project….. yeah, my kind of thing….lol
Would you recommend it to others? Nice mojo booster, and great addition to a wardrobe……
Viola… A lovely dress in a beautiful colour. I guess the mojo is finding its way back gradually….lol………………..
